OVERVIEW
The car buying process is long and cumbersome, problems haggling with car dealers, and going to different banks to try to get the best rates seems daunting. With a new backend API search functionality, we were able to streamline the entire car buying the process by making the car buying experience easier than ever. Our process included user research, high level strategy, with streamlined user flows. I produced high fidelity comps and a prototype was made for user testing. Our user testing concluded that this is a feature our customers would gladly welcome when purchasing a car.
This was the first user experience for Wells Fargo using the react platform with a combined API functionality on Wells Fargo.com

LANDING PAGE CAROUSEL
This was built as a responsive design, showing mobile first. The smallest breakpoint of the landing page is shown here with a carousel as the hero graphic. The illustrations walk you through the simple steps on how to easily find, select and purchase a car all in one place. The concept illustrations which were sketched, then drawn in illustrator.
STEP 1: FIND A CAR
Here you are presented with basic options when searching for the right car. A list of cars appears that meet your criteria. Easily filter types of cars, color, style and year.
STEP 2: SELECT A CAR
Select your car to view its details and description. Predetermine how much you would like you payment to be.
STEP 3: GET PRE-APPROVED
Get pre-approved for a loan, quickly within minutes. Upon approval a QR code is generated to take to the dealer with your loan in hand to pick up your pre-selected car and with auto loan approved ready to go.

The wireframe show an initial flow for the car search process, along with the application decisioning process
