With Saba Recruiting, you can discover hire, and onboard top talent. To make smarter hiring decisions.
I was tasked to create an easy-to-use collaborative tool for hiring managers to use on the go. First social collaboration tool for hiring managers. New features include cloud collaboration, up to the minute reviews, and tool tips. More importantly, we also added a new feature of multi-point video conferencing, which allows for video interviewing, with record and playback options.

Know where you are every step of the way. The individual progress bars for each job requisition visualizes where recruiters are in the hiring process. Reports are trouble-free when summed up for team members. Easy to read to-do lists, are prioritized by date. Know who your candidates met with and when. Get handy notifications sent to you.
GET ORGANIZED
Know who your candidates are. See where they are in the interviewing process. Get detailed with collaborative notes about the job description and collect candidate details.
Easily view and sort through email, Approvals and notifications are automatically placed at the top when they come through.
